In order to be able to meet its financing goals on time, tecnet tries to use the existing potential of third-party financing instruments. Therefore, the below mentioned institutions are often asked to participate in financing rounds depending on the deal structure and capital needs of the company in question.

subsidies:

When it comes to grants and subsidies, tecnet investigates available funding from national and/or local authorities. In cooperation with Austrian Wirtschaftsservice GmbH (AWS), a number of subsidies can be provided according to certain guidelines, e.g. seed financing, double equity, growth and technology oriented programs or regional subsidy programs. In addition, tecnet also structures transactions with the National Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) on a national level as well as with NÖBEG financing programs and business and technology subsidies and grants of the Lower Austrian government.

banks:

tecnet has been cooperating with practically all the major Austrian banks. Depending on the transaction, tecnet will contact its preferred partners. When it comes to structuring the deal, banks will often provide senior loan facilities such current asset and capital investments, but also with financing leasing contracts.

mezzanine funds:

In recent years, mezzanine financing has increased in importance as a complementary financing facility. Several institutions that provide mezzanine funding have been established in Austria. All of them may be of interest as co-financing partners for tecnet and will occasionally be invited to participate in deal transactions.
