Founded in May of 2004, Eucodis conducts research on recombinations and mutations for Mixis France in Paris, a 100% subsidiary of the Croatian pharmaceutical company Pliva. The company aims at developing and improving new proteins with the help of gene manipulations. This technology is used to produce highly specific antibodies and protein agents for therapeutic applications in humans, but also to optimize industrial enzymes.

Eucodis was sold to PVP I in February of 2005.
